Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans, boiled and drained


  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped


  • 2 cloves garlic, minced


  • 1 tomato, chopped


  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander


  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste


  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, red onion, garlic, tomato, coriander, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill for 2 hours before serving.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve
